According to Thirukanidha panchanga, the Saturn transit takes place on 15th November 2011, Tuesday morning at 10.15 AM from Kanya rasi to Thula rasi.The thithi that falls on the day is krishna paksha Panchami and the nakshatra is Ardra.According to Vakya panchang, the transit takes place on 21st of December 2011.
